I have told you, have confidence in Francesco, because he IS a good pastor in action. I guess you are updated he rejected the old Pope's chambers switched for his Santa Marta appartment, and probably those chambers will be part of the Vatican Museum? Have you seen his iron cross has Jesus as a shepperd not in the cross? He wears the same black and humble -also comfortable- shoes than in BA? The way that he paid his room at the Hotel before the election is a lesson to the pompus cardinals? Next week will start up the "dirty work" inside the Vatican.

Our new photogenic pope is releasing a lot of pent-up humor. Check out this PhotoShop job on La Presidenta of Argentina:

Your essays combined with Google sure broaden my knowledge. The guy who assassinated Padre Mugico was referred to as "El Brujo", which led me to the feminine "bruja" meaning "witch" which led me to that doctored photo of Cristina Kirchner with the Pope.

Back to Pope Francis' news worthy actions: two of the symbolic 12 prisoners whose feet he washed were of the feminine persuasion. Can we read something hopeful in that as to where he might be tending on the subject of women in the priesthood?

So I see that Ugandan joke are pretty close to French Canadian jokes. It is comforting to know that cultures are so similar : )
